The American Tree Farm System works to sustain forests, watershed, and healthy wildlife habitats. More than 95% of CNR's land holdings are certified American Tree Farms. The American Tree Farm System^TM is a program of the American Forest Foundation.

Renewable Energy Land Leases

CNR is currently home to multiple candidates for renewable energy land leases and projects that help to improve sustainable energy production in the United States. CNR welcomes lease agreements for solar farms and other sustainable property use plans.

+18 Million Seedlings Planted

For decades, Crest Natural Resources prides itself on sustainable forestry management. The team reforests every acre they harvest, and CNR now plants more than 2 million seedlings each year.

CNR’s forest management activities promote wildlife biodiversity, protect habitats occupied by threatened or endangered species, and create healthy forests. CNR’s team actively manages for the endangered Red-cockaded woodpecker.
